Elizabeth crowns were only issued for circulation in 1601 and 1602.

The obverse shows a portrait of Queen Elizabeth I.
The legend reads:
ELIZABETH DG ANG FRA ETHIBER REGINA 2 (Elizabeth by the Grace of God Queen of England, France and Ireland.) The "2" mintmark denoted the fact that this is a 7th issue coin minted in 1602.

Reverse:
The reverse design is a Royal Coat of Arms.
The reverse legend reads:
DEVM ADJUTOREM MEVM (I have made God my helper)
