1822 George IV Farthing
In 1821, The Royal Mint began production of Copper coins again using equipment provided by the Soho Mint. These large-sized copper farthings were struck until 1860, when the denomination was reduced in size and the alloy changed to bronze.

The reverse features Britannia, seated right, holding a branch and trident.
