In 1884, a major world health exhibition was held, visited by over 4 million people. This Gold Medallion was issued to commemorate this important event, and is quite scarce.

Description
Obverse
Features a portrait of Queen Victoria portrait (not the same one as featured on the coinage of the day) with the legend 'Victoria Regina' (Queen Victoria).

Reverse
The reverse features the Roman Goddesses of Health and Sanitation (possibly Salus and Sirona respectively):-
