This is now available at banks and post offices.

Specimen in Folder (See Photograph)
The specimen version is a superior finish compared with the ordinary version, and is housed in an charming, attractive and informative folder, which commemorates in words and pictures, many historic moments from the life of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother.

Silver Proof
In stock now for immediate delivery.
The sterling silver proof version are now also in stock, and are housed in a velvet case.

Silver Piedfort Proof
Piedforts are double the normal weight. This is the first British Crown to be struck in a piedfort version.

Gold Proof
The gold proof version is available from stock for immediate delivery. The Royal Mint have already sold out of these, and we have very few left.

Obverse
The obverse (head), which is dated 2000, bears the fourth major different portrait of the Queen, designed by Ian Rank-Broadley, and introduced in 1998.

Also designed by Ian Rank-Broadley, the reverse of the coin perfectly captures the character of the Queen Mother.
