2010 Tristan da Cunha Battle of Britain Ten Pound Silver Proof Coin
In 2010, the London Mint Office issued a silver proof ten poundcoin to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.
The coin is certified to be 5 ounces. However the actual silver weight is just below 5 ounces and the weight of the coin itself is just above 5 ounces.
The obverse of the coin shows the queens portrait. The reverse of the coin shows three fying planes with an inscription
"Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few"
