Gold Sovereigns
Gold sovereigns are the 30th birthday gift we most often get asked about.
We keep in stock almost every date of gold sovereign including those of 23 years ago, although some Sovereigns were not issued in every year,1981 is a year for which sovereigns are available.
They make great gifts just as they are, but many people choose to have them mounted into jewellery.
We can supply a compact selection of quality ring and pendant mounts for gold sovereigns, half sovereigns and other coins.
We do not recommend having gold proof coins mounted in jewellery as they will be spoilt. However, if the owner takes pleasure in wearing it, then it may be worthwhile.

Half Sovereigns
Half sovereigns are the second most common requested item for coming-of-age gifts.
They are less expensive than sovereigns, and make are a more suitable size for use in rings, as sovereign rings are too large for many people. Half sovereigns were issued in 1981, although again these Sovereigns were not issued in every year, but 1981 is one year for which uncirculated sovereigns are available.
