alandsbay in eBay Copyright Theft
alandsbay of ***, United Kingdom, eBay cheat used our 1990 Silver Proof Five Pound Crown photographs without permission to sell his own coin, which was almost certainly not in near mint condition as shown in our photo, and almost certainly not a silver proof.

From Where?
For some reason best known to himself, alandsbay has chosen to show his UK location as "***". Perhaps he is so famous tha the fears pararazzi will be hunting him down, btu it's more likely to be the police.

eBay Copyright Thieves
Many eBay vendors use our coin photographs to sell inferior quality coins on eBay. These eBay members are dishonest and should be avoided.
We believe eBay profits from IP rights infringements (copyright theft), and does so knowingly, only removing infringing items reluctantly, if at all.

What's Wrong?
We invest a great deal of time, effort, and cost into creating some of the best photographic coin images on the internet. We strongly object when lazy and dishonest people decide to use them without a by your leave or thanks, doing so in competition with us.
Copyright theft is dishonest. We recommend you avoid doing business with dishonest dealers.
This particular eBay seller not only stole our high quality copyright photograph of a silver proof version of this coin, but failed to inform potential buyers that the coin in the photograph was not the one he owns, or that they will be bidding on. This is deception.
Sadly, it is also typical of eBay!
The photograph he used was one of our old ones, which we have now upgraded and replaced, but alandsbay probably found it on one of the hundreds of other websites worldwide who steal our coin photographs.

Price
He used a starting price of £0.99.
