We have recently acquired this 14k gold pocket watch in our photographs you can see is in excellent condition, The case has been beautifully engraved back and front.

A Hunter
A "hunter" pocket watch is one with a case made to close fully over the watch dial, to protect it during physical activites such as hunting. A "half hunter" is similar, but with a window in the front cover so that, although the dial was protected, it could still be read without opening the case. This obviously made it easier to read the time whilst riding.

Warranty & Directions
As you can see, this watch comes complete with its warranty, dated 19th March 1924, the reverse of which contains "Directions for the Management of this Watch".
