French Indochina Coins
The piastre was the currency of French Indochina between 1885 and 1952. It was subdivided into 100 cents, each of 5 sapeques. We think many of the coins of French Indo-China are very attractive, and we see too few of them.
The silver piastre was the largest denomination issued.
