The 23rd Preston guild was held the same year as the Coronation of King Edward V11. The Guild Mayor at the time, Frederick Arthur Stanley was the 16th Earl of Derby and can be seen on the obverse of this medallion.
There is a large version and a small version for this medallion.

Obverse
The obverse shows conjoined portraits of the Earl and Countess of Derby.
