How Quick?

If you need something in 2 working days, we suggest:-

• Post your order to us by first class post. It should arrive here next day. Post it as early as possible.
• Choose the "Postage & Packing - Fully Insured" Option. We normally send these by Special Delivery, which guarantees next weekday delivery before 12 midday. The Post Office usually try to deliver on Saturdays also, but they don't include Saturdays in their delivery guarantee.
• If you are worried that your order might not reach us by the next day, you could send it special delivery, although many of our special deliveries arrive here about two hours after the ordinary mail!
• You can phone us first, if you wish, to ensure that we have the item in stock, although most we do hold stocks of recent coin issues.
• Don't e-mail to ask us whether we have it in stock, can get it to you quickly or take credit cards. We give priority to dealing with orders before we start attending to enquiries! Waiting for an e-mail reply may lose a day.

Next Day?
Phone us with your problem, and we will see what we can do.

Today?
No problem, just send a courier over with the cash. We open 10 am until 5 pm, six days per week.

Yesterday?
We are working on it! How about us using E.S.P. to try to predict what you want before you even know you wanted it. Just send us an open direct debit mandate, and leave the rest to us.

Will a Credit Card Speed Things Up?
Well you can always try one of our competitors. Some of them will take your money over the telephone, or online via the internet, then make you wait up to (and sometimes over) 28 days for delivery. Call us old-fashioned if you like, but our way of doing mail order has been working pretty well for over 37 years.
