1572 Elizabeth I Hammered Silver Sixpence

When researching this coin it seems that the English Hammered Coins by J.J.North and Spink, Coins of England are of different opinions of the issue of the coin.
North (ref #1997) indicates that a 1573 sixpence is that of the second coinage, whereas Spink(ref #2562) identifies it as part of the third and fourth coinage.
If anyone has any further clarification on this we would be happy to hear from them!
