Featured is a copper penny of George IV. It wasn't until the 1820s that the Royal Mint began to strike base metal coins again, having previously delegated their manufacture to the Soho Mint or abandoned it to counterfeiters and token manufacturers.
Obverse:
The obverse features a Laureate Head bust of George IV, facing left.
Reverse:
The reverse features Britannia, seated left, holding a trident.
