1839 Young Head Bronzed Proof Farthing
The circulation issues of this coin were made of copper, but this proof is bronzed, and the description should not be confused with the smaller 'bronze' issue farthings of 1860 onwards. These proofs are quite scarce, and this is a particularly nice grade.
