1988 Mint Set
The Royal Australian Mint has produced a special edition coin set for collectors, which are also ideal as gifts. This eight coin set also includes the Bicentennial year fifty cent coin.
It is also the first year to include the new 2 dollar coin, which replaced the 2 dollar note - only the second major addition to Australia's coinage since 1966.
