Fourth Portrait
The obverse bears the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Her Majesty the Queen with the legal tender value of each coin below the portrait, in use since 1998, as with all British coins, the obverse design changed to the "fourth portrait", showing a more mature likeness of The Queen.
Reverse Design for 2011
The 2011 issue has a new modern design featuring Britannia and a Union Flag.
