This is mounted in a substantial, high quality 18 ct. gold mount, featuring a yellow gold shank with a white gold setting. The collet, or setting is a high quality engineered product, stamped out of a solid sheet of gold for greater strength, rather than a cheaper less durable casting.

Sold 3 or 4 Times
Strangely enough, we actually sold this ring three or four times. On each occasion except the last, the buyer returned the ring and paid extra for a better quality diamond, usually of smaller size. In every case though our customers were very satisfied with their purchases. It might be worth paying a little more to start with and aim for a slightly smaller but better quality diamond.
