Bounced Checks

We aim to provide a good service to all our customers.
We often trust our customers by despatching their orders before we clear their cheques. Mostly this works fine, because most of our customers are honest decent people, however there is always the odd one out. The percentage of bad cheques we get is much lower than the 2% to 3% cost of credit cards commissions, but we we still disappointed when somebody bounces a cheque, and can't or won't reply to our letters.

Union Planters Bank, Branch 843
We e-mailed you following the return of your check, informing you that our bank had charged us for returning your check, and inviting you to send us a new check. We also asked would the original check be paid if we re-presented it, you never replied. When we represented the check, it bounced again. We would like to hear from you.

We would prefer to spend our time and energy getting orders off promptly and giving good service to our good customers, rather than waste it having to chase our bad ones for payment.
