Ruby
Ruby is the usual name for transparent red corundum. Ruby is red or pink. Blue or any other colour of corundum is usually called sapphire.

Second Hand Ruby and Diamond Cluster
Unusually for us this ring is not one of our own designs, we have bought it in on the secondary market.

This fancy ring features an oval ruby part rim set on a heavy 5mm band with diamond set shoulders. The ruby measures 7mm x 5mm and we have calculated it to be approximately 0.85ct.

The ring contains 30 round diamonds, totalling approximately 0.90ct in a claw setting across the shoulders of the ring.

It is said 'a picture speaks a thousand words', so please use our images to decide if you like this ring rather than our rather poor description!

Because this is not one of our own designs we would struggle to make another...so if you like it you had better be quick because when it's gone, it's gone!
