Vandalism in Blackpool South Shore

Here on Lytham Road in Blackpool, it's normally fairly quiet and law abiding. the worst that happens most of the time is parking problems. However even in the quietest communities, there will always be the mindless few who, probably high on drugs, drink or both, can't manage to get through the day without doing something incredibly stupid.
Our photographs show a young idiot in his mandatory baseball cap after smashing a phone box, trying to beat the stuffing out of an innocent council rubbish bin, frightening at least one old lady, almost causing a traffic accident by fighting, presumably with a friend!
