One Kilo Silver Bullion Coins
Australia first issued a one Kilo silver bullion coin, in 1990.
In 1999, it was decided to issue a Chinese Lunar Year series of silver bullion coins, following the success of the gold versions which started in 1996.
4 Sizes of Silver Bullion Coins
In 1992, the Perth Mint introduced large silver bullion coins, in weights of two ounce, ten ounces and one kilogramme (31.1 ounces), in addition the lunar series were issued in a half ounce version.
The "Chinese Lunar Year" series are available in all five weights.
Silver Rabbits
Until recently we were unable to source any of the 1999 Australian Silver Year of the Rabbit coins, however we have managed to obtain a small supply, and will try to maintain a stock of them.

1999 Issue
We have stocks for immediate delivery of 1 ounce, 2 ounce, 10 ounce and the 1 kilo version.
Many people ask us for next year's coins in the approach to New Year, and we believe that these will be very popular this year.
Perth Mint coins are made to very high standards of design and production. Each coin also comes in its own protective plastic capsule.
