In 2003, Alderney in the Channel Islands issued a one kilo sized silver proof coin, with fifty pound face value, to commemorate Prince William's 21st Birthday on 21st June.
This is obviously a large and impressive coin, otherwise it is similar in design to the Crown Sized Version.

Alderney Coins
Alderney issued its own coins for the first time only in 1989, although it has only issued special commemorative and collector coins rather than circulating coins.
We usually have in stock at least a few Alderney coins. The mintage figures tend to be quite low, although perhaps this is to expected with a population of under 2,500.
