Czechoslovakia was a sovereign state in Central Europe which existed from October 1918, when it declared its independence from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. On 1 January 1993, Czechoslovakia peacefully split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Czechoslovakian Coins
The Czechoslovak koruna was the currency of Czechoslovakia from April 10, 1919 to March 14, 1939 and from November 1, 1945 to February 7, 1993.
On February 8, 1993 it was replaced by the Czech koruna.
